It's recommended to have lazy-lock.json under version control. See https://lazy.folke.io/usage/lockfile. The kickstart team have previoulsy agreed that it should be in version control (see https://github.com/nvim-lua/kickstart.nvim/issues/433), and removed it from .gitignore, but it was subsequently re-ignored without justification. See 8b5d48a199c02658e399f5b43ff8d06df1ede7fb.
